Desperate For Bankruptcy Help.

I'm trying to find a bankruptcy attorney in las vegas nevada that will waive the fee for filing and also provide the credit counseling required by the 2005 bankruptcy fraud act.

My situation is that I do have a job but it pays just above minimum wage. I have rent and utilities to pay and there is not much left over, if anything at all.

The lawyers in my area charge at least five hundred dollars to file and I simply don't have that kind of money.

This last year was a rough one. Injury, loss of job, divorce and the bills are mountainous, beyond what I can ever hope to get out from under.

I need help!
