One of the things that takes a lot of time when you are running a restaurant is to sort out the customer billing, and make sure that the payments are correct and that you have given the right change and so on. One of the best things I ever did was to install a POS system from Aloha, because it has really given me a helping hand in sorting out the customer billing, and that was a job that I always found to drop far more time than I wanted. The great thing about it was that the system was not a particularly expensive given the amount of time that it has saved me over the past few months. I just wish I had discovered the system before, and then I could have saved myself a lot more time
