Determining Distances Travelled With Gas Mileage Charts

July 22, 2008 on 5:40 pm | By admin | In Autos & Trucks :: Cars

The duration of the journey and the distance actually travelled on both short and long trips are both determined through the use of a gas mileage chart. Cities that are selected for inclusion on such charts are determined according to the population of each one. These tables are usually presented in Excel format for each state in a country. Gas mileage charts are becoming an important tool for offering automatic tracking of records without being something that is daunting or bothersome to its users. There are also other useful tools such as gas mileage calculators that will actually calculate the mileage of your vehicle.

H20 Powered Vehicles

Using water for gas mileage improvements, instead of fuel in automobiles is gaining steady recognition and popularity, the simple reason being that water is more readily available than fuel and compared to the price of gasoline, the cost of using water is practically next to nil. The process is very cheap and simple, and all you need is a few inexpensive parts as well as some mechanical skills.

In fact, the whole process is even much simpler and easier than most other mechanical repairs. This kind of gas mileage improvement is also very practical, since the total cost is fairly reasonable, somewhere between the range of $250 to $300 only.

Small engines to reduce fuel costs

June 17, 2008 on 9:41 pm | By admin | In Autos & Trucks :: Cars

The thrill which a large swanky-looking car gives is unbeatable but many of us will be unaware that the larger the engine, the more the number of cylinders in the car which in turn means greater consumption of fuel. This automatically pushes up the fuel expenses. Those looking to Reduce Fuel Costs should opt for a car with a smaller engine as it is more fuel-efficient. Smaller engines require only the best low-grade gas. Unlike cars with larger engines they do not need a high octane gas which is necessary for bigger loads. Gas prices are toughing astronomical highs and it makes sense to choose cars which save more fuel.

Lemon Laws

February 28, 2008 on 8:40 am | By admin | In Autos & Trucks :: Maintenance

So I think I’ve been ripped off, and I’m going to have to look into the local lemon laws. Seriously, I’m sick and tired of businesses trying to break it off in their customers, and I’m not putting up with it any more.
All the Lemon Laws are on my side, here. This dealer doesn’t have a leg to stand on. I’m going to eat him for breakfast in court, and he’ll have no one but himself to blame.
Gone are the days when you could take a man at his word in business. It’s a shame that I’m forced to sue - it would cost this guy less to do the right thing, but I guess he’s hoping I’ll give up. Keep dreaming, buddy.

Classic RV Covers Earlier

By the early eighteenth century the upholsterer had become an accomplished interior decorator, responsible for the complete furnishing of a house. He was at a higher social level than the cabinetmaker and had become what the knowledgeable commentator Robert Campbell called in 1747 a Connoisseur in every article that belongs to a House, who employed journeymen in his own proper calling, cabinetmakers, glass grinders, looking-glass framers, classic rv covers, Testers and Posts for Beds, the woolen Draper, the mercer, the Linen Draper and several species of smiths and a vast army of tradesmen and other mechanic branches.

Lemon Laws

Enough is enough. Time to take advantage of the local lemon laws. I’m not going to get stuck with a worthless piece of trash for the amount of money I paid. I’m sick and tired of being jerked around.
I’ve researched the particular Alabama Lemon Laws that are applicable in this case, and I’m confident that I can win. I’m not about to take this lying down.
One thing is for sure - I’ll never be doing business this this guy again, or anyone else at that place, for that matter.

Compare Auto Insurance

February 13, 2008 on 6:40 pm | By admin | In Autos & Trucks :: Insurance

Time to get a new auto insurance policy. My current company has been breaking it off in me for too long. I have having to compare auto insurance, though. It takes forever, and is so tedious.
Endless pages of Auto Insurance Quotes. Reorganizing my sock drawer would be so much more fun. But my car insurance has expired, and I can’t drive without it.
I don’t have much choice in the matter, so I guess I’d better get back to it. Ugh.

Trailer RV Hitch Covers Industry

February 10, 2008 on 9:40 pm | By admin | In Autos & Trucks :: Maintenance

The industry is restructuring as the market continues to grow rapidly. Japanese trailer hitch covers makers are joining more collaborative ventures in Europe to build on their existing presence.  The light commercial vehicle market in Western Europe has grown rapidly during the 1990s and many producers enjoyed a record year in 2001. The market has proved an attractive target for Japanese van makers and although the wave of direct imports that built up during the first half of the decade appears to have peaked, Japanese producers are now consolidating their presence by establishing a growing number of joint ventures.
