Glass Worm Bin

I have read that you can make worm bins out of glass, plastic, rubber, or wood. I first thought that a glass red worm compost bin bin would be entertaining as well as educational as I could see what they were doing. I wanted to see them eat through a watermelon rind or a banana peel. I even had thoughts of photographing the process. Eventually I decided against glass because worms don't like white light shinning on them, but mainly because I couldn't figure out a way to drill the holes in the bottom of my aquarium to drain out the excess moisture.
