The advantages of web conferencing over traditional methods of holding business meetings is no longer in any doubt at all. The cost savings due to the eliminated need for travel and accommodation costs is very real. Why should anyone, or any business, opt out of this technology? It will absolutely make no sense for businesses with multiple branches not to make use of this technology. It’s much, much cheaper than the alternatives and is extremely flexible. There’s no need to quibble over the effectiveness of the technology because there is no argument at all.
