Technology is always evolving, and that is doubly true for new technologies, such as voice over IP. Voice over IP, which allows you to make calls using your broadband internet connection, is constantly changing and adding new features. For instance, cell phones are coming which will utilize voice over IP, and we have already seen companies such as T-Mobile show interest in developing such phones. Of course, there are also programs such as Skype are being developed, which allow you to turn your existing cell phone, or even a device like a PlayStation Portable, into somewhat of a voice over ip cell phone.
