Ireland is a beautiful place to live after retirement. The Ireland people prefer early retirement and take up another job or become self employed. Statistically if we see  Ireland retirement  age of most the people is sixty-five, as there is no age rule which prevents them to be employed. Even in armed force, older people are being encouraged to return to the work force. However, while continuation of job they are not enlightened for any pension scheme along with salary. In Ireland retirement plans, various retirement planning councils support the retired members to plan their future with the support of government and experts, most of the time.
