When my sister recommended an umbrella for our deck from Australia, I was skeptical. I thought I could find a similar product a little bit closer to home than the whole way on the other side of the planet. It turns out that the coolaroo company is based down under, but you can definitely find their products, like the coolaroo retractable, that feature their patented method of blocking the sun at just about every store that carries deck materials and furniture. I became more open to the idea of this product, and after I got to see my sister’s umbrella in action, I was sold.
